A PE-sheathed central steel wire serves as the strength core. The cable core is fully water-blocked, wrapped with APL
aluminum-plastic laminate, covered with a PE inner sheath, and longitudinally reinforced with PSP steel tape. A black PE outer jacket provides final weather protection.
1. APL+PSP Dual Armor for Stronger Environmental Resistance
The dual protective structure combines APL moisture/rodent barrier and PSP steel tape impact resistance. It effectively withstands rock friction, ground pressure and construction damage, offering far higher reliability than standard armored cables for rocky terrain, railway crossings and industrial areas.
2.High Fiber Density with Compact Size
With 8 fibers in a compact 12.4 mm outer diameter and 210 kg/km weight, this cable achieves high transmission capacity while remaining lightweight and flexible. Its 20× OD dynamic bending radius allows easy routing in crowded ducts, manholes and cable trays, saving installation space and cost.
3.Triple Water-Blocking Protection
Tube gel filling, core water-blocking compound and APL+PSP double barrier form a complete waterproof system, meeting IEC 794-1-F5B standards. It ensures stable signal performance in high humidity and flooded ducts, prevents water intrusion, and maintains low attenuation for over 25 years of service life.
4.Wide Temperature Adaptability
It works stably from -40°C to +60°C and supports installation at -10°C to +60°C. The premium PE sheath resists UV, chemical corrosion and low-temperature cracking, ensuring consistent performance in desert, alpine and high-altitude outdoor conditions.
5.Stable Low-Loss Optical Performance
