A Standard products generally have no MOQ limit and small quantities are welcome. For customized products, the MOQ is subject to discussion based on the specific solution.

A Yes. Sample orders are supported. Sample costs and shipping fees can be negotiated, and partial sample fees may be refunded upon formal order placement.

A We handle export customs declaration in China and provide complete clearance documents (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.). Import customs clearance is the customer’s responsibility, but we can offer advice based on the destination country’s requirements.

A Door‑to‑door delivery is available with international couriers or some air freight services. Sea freight is typically port‑to‑port or door‑to‑door (depending on the agreed terms).

A Please inspect the outer packaging before signing. If damage is found, take photos and keep evidence. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier based on the insurance terms, and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
