The HS-OD01 Cabinet is a corrosion-resistant stainless steel electrical housing tailored for coastal, damp, industrial and roadside harsh outdoor environments. Different from conventional carbon steel cabinets prone to rust and aging, this model adopts integrated stainless steel panel forming craftsmanship, overall structure solid and sturdy, effectively cope with salt mist, acid rain, dust and variable outdoor temperatures. Equipped with continuous rubber sealing strips around the door frame to reach IP54 dust and splash water resistant grade, which can effectively prevent rainwater infiltration and fine dust accumulation inside the cabinet.
The built-in adjustable mounting backboard allows flexible layout of power modules, monitoring power supplies, fiber terminal components and small control units. The reinforced security lock avoids unauthorized opening and equipment theft risks. The cabinet can be fixed firmly on exterior walls, utility poles and building outer corridors, and all external dimensions, internal partitions, cable inlet positions support personalized customization, passed CE, RoHS quality certification, is the preferred outdoor equipment protection housing for engineering contractors and system integrators.

HS-OD01 follows the IEC's standardized International Protection Code system for measuing capabilities.
The IP Code reflects the degree of protection as "IP" followed by two numbers;
the first digit shows the extent to which enclosures are protected against particles/dust, and protection to others from enclosed hazards.
The second digit indicates the extent of protection against water.

• To ensure the maximum recommended load, it is necessary to distribute the load equally.
• Place the cabinet on a flat floor and adjust any differences using the levelling feet.
• To avoid dust penetration in the case where cables lead through some of the cable openings, it may be sealed with a blanking panel with a brush or secured by a plastic frame (both can be purchased from us).

Q1: Is this cabinet suitable for coastal seaside environments?
A1: Yes. Stainless steel material possesses outstanding salt fog corrosion resistance, effectively resist sea wind erosion, no rust phenomenon for long-term outdoor use, perfectly fit coastal engineering projects.
Q2: What is the difference between IP54 and IP65 protection grade?
A1: IP54 prevents dust intrusion and splashing water from all directions, fit semi-outdoor, eaves, wall side scenes; if you need full waterproof for completely open-air places, we can upgrade sealing structure to IP65 upon request.
Q3: Can I install cooling fans inside the cabinet?
A3: Available. We can pre-reserve fan openings and install ventilation fans according to your equipment heat generation demands to accelerate internal hot air discharge.
