1U 24‑Port STP Cat6A Empty Patch Panel

1. Features of 1U 24‑Port STP Cat6A Empty Patch Panel

Product Introduction

This 1U 24‑port STP Cat6A empty patch panel is designed for standard rack‑mount network cabinet deployment. As an empty unloaded‑style panel, it supports flexible installation of matching keystone jacks, widely used in enterprise and data‑center structured cabling projects.

Product Advantage

1. Sized as a 1U 19-inch rack-mount unit, this enclosure fits most commercially available server and network cabinet models. Thanks to this universal form factor, swapping hardware or integrating it into existing infrastructure becomes effortless, whether you are building a brand-new network or carrying out legacy system retrofits.

2. Its fully integrated STP shielding chassis delivers powerful signal protection. The enclosed metal structure filters out outside electromagnetic noise and suppresses inter-port crosstalk, preserving clean Cat6A high-bandwidth data streams even in crowded racks packed with mixed power and communication cabling.

3. This 24-port blank panel comes without pre-fitted keystone modules. The open port cutouts grant installers freedom to select shielded or unshielded jacks to match project specifications. It eliminates the inflexible fixed-port setup that limits many factory pre-assembled patch panels.

4. The open modular framework supports custom port grouping and tailored wiring layouts. Network designers can adjust port allocations to align with varying budget limits, project sizes and unique site constraints. This adaptable design caters to bespoke networking deployments across diverse commercial environments.

5. Accurately stamped mounting apertures and refined rack profile simplify on-site assembly. Technicians can secure the panel firmly without complex auxiliary processing or on-site modification. The streamlined mounting workflow cuts labour overhead when rolling out large structured cabling installations.

6. Developed for backbone cabling within enterprise LANs and data centres, this empty panel meets the stringent bandwidth and stability demands of modern commercial networks. It sustains heavy data loads and low-latency transmission required for today’s high-volume business network operations.

7.  It works seamlessly with the majority of standard keystone inserts sold worldwide. No modification is required to fit third-party jacks, allowing system integrators to source components from preferred vendors. This flexibility optimizes material selection and budget management for cabling projects.

8.  Built with reinforced industrial construction to retain solid mechanical performance over years of service. The sturdy frame resists compression and cabinet vibration, preventing frame warping and loose connections. This robust build reduces recurring inspection and maintenance spending for network infrastructure.
